My Project, My World is a youth mobility project. The purpose of this project is to improve youth's knowledge and skills on project writing in the field of youth projects and, thus to support their career developments. 2 organizations from Turkey and Germany will participate in this training. The training will take place in Niğde between 13-19 January 2019. Expert instructors will give practical project writing training to the participants. At the end of the trainings, it is believed that the knowledge and skills of the participants about writing youth projects will increase.
In this training, as well as the theoretical knowledge, the youth will have the opportunity to turn their project ideas into real projects. 1- Supporting Professional Development of Youth 2- It will help Youth to earn competencies that can contribute to the change in the current situation. 3-It will Provide Writing of Qualified Projects. 4-Diversity and Tolerance will increase. 5-Increase the Capacity of Youth Organizations. 6-Cultural diversity will be encouraged. 7. It will ensure that the local people as well as the youth workers have a positive understanding of other cultures.
At the end of the project, the participants will gain insight and understanding of various issues as well as different knowledge and skills in project writing. Participants from Turkey and Germany will have the chance to experience the diversity and colors of Europe that they have, and they will be pleased to know that they need to collect what they have lived and take up European citizenship. Participants will negotiate with each other the values that Europe possesses at the debate workshop on European Citizenship and thus will be able to expand their knowledge. Training with the support of the European Union will enable them to feel themselves part of Europe. Through intercultural communication and discussions, participants will gain a broad perspective with youth who will live and work together personally, with other cultures and opinions. These studies and interactions will enable participants to be more open and tolerant to other cultures. During the project, the participants will work together to write a project. Thus, working with participants will help them to share their experiences, experiences and problems with the project in order to guide their future work. During these conversations, they will learn new things from each other and even plan collaborations for the future. Participants who actively improve their knowledge and skills will be able to express opinions about today and tomorrow in Europe, be able to appreciate the values of their communities and realize their own roles. Participants who will learn to write projects will have the opportunity to increase their skills and employment opportunities.
